Another Awesome workout

Bulk Chest from Body Beast


This workout was on Week 11 Day 1 the last phase of the 90 day program. Top picture shoes me doing standard flys, and the bottom right I'm doing an incline press.

If you like to lift weight, I recommend this program. The results you get of course will depend on what you put into it, and how consistent you are with the workouts and nutrition.
